Welcome to A Blissful Adventure LLC. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
Client: The person or persons who book and/or participate in any travel service offered by A Blissful Adventure LLC.
Agency: A Blissful Adventure LLC, the provider of travel-related services.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking: A booking is confirmed when the Agency receives the required deposit or full payment from the Client.
Payment: Full payment must be received by the specified date prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels a booking, the cancellation policy will vary depending on the provider of the service. Many bookings are non-refundable and may incur a 100% cancellation fee. Clients will be informed of the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. Additionally, if a trip is canceled for any reason, the Client is responsible for paying any commissions owed to the Agency.
Professional/Planning Fees: All professional planning fees paid are non-refundable. This fee is charged for the time and expertise dedicated to crafting your personalized travel experience.
Third-Party Providers: The refund policies of third-party providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators, will apply. A Blissful Adventure LLC is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by these providers.
4. Changes to Bookings
Client Changes: Any changes requested by the Client must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.
Agency Changes: The Agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary. Clients will be informed of any significant changes as soon as possible.
5. Travel Insurance
The Agency strongly recommends that Clients obtain travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and cancellation.
6. Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and other travel documents. Clients must comply with all local laws and regulations.
7. Liability
Agency Liability: A Blissful Adventure LLC acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and the third-party service providers. The Agency is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from acts of God, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
Third-Party Providers: The Agency is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or negligence of any third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other entities involved in the Client's travel arrangements.
Client Responsibility: Clients are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of luggage, and trip cancellations. Clients are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations during their travel.
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A Blissful Adventure LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Client’s use of the services provided by the Agency and any third-party providers.
8. Complaints
Any complaints must be made in writing to the Agency within 30 days of the end of the trip. The Agency will make every effort to resolve the complaint to the Client's satisfaction.
9. Privacy Policy
The Agency respects the privacy of its Clients and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
11. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By booking a trip with the Agency, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
